It's Monday, again! You think I would be used to it by now, since Monday always comes after Sunday, but... ya know! Let's get into weekend highs and lows!
High
* My uncle who lives in Seattle came in this weekend to surprise my grandma for her birthday. We only get to see him once a year, so it's always special to get to spend time with him.
* I ate so much delicious food this weekend. Was it healthy? Heck no! Did I gain 10lbs? Probably. Do I care? Not the least bit. I love eating. That's it, that's all! Thank you God for my amazing metabolism!
* I finally scheduled mine and Justin's engagement pictures after playing phone tag with the photographer for over a week. Fingers crossed that all the leaves don't fall off the trees before we get them done!
Low
* I really don't have any! Yay for a low-free weekend!
Ladies, I have something very special to share with you. One of my favorite bloggers, Erin from Shades of Gray and a Pinch of Pink is hosting an amazing Pinktober Giveaway.
Erin's hope for this giveaway is to bring more awareness to the awful disease that is Breast Cancer. We have all been affected by this terrible disease in some way, so take some time to check out Erin's post, and while you're at it, use the step-by-step instructions to perform a self exam! And only after you've performed a self exam can you enter the Pinktober Giveaway for your chance to win some amazing prizes from 13 lovely ladies, including myself! Erin is also giving you a chance to easily donate to the Susan G. Komen foundation! A little or a lot, any amount can make a difference!
So what are you waiting for?! Be proactive about your health and enter a fun giveaway while you're at it!
Happy Monday, lovelies!
